This charming story is set in Africa, home of the 'Happy People' who love elephants. When the old king becomes ill, his son takes over. But he is selfish and rude and he doesn't like elephants. The elephants leave the now 'Unhappy People', and suddenly the boy king is faced with a drought. On his father's advice, he travels across the country to find the wise elephant,but will he persuade the her to help him and will the elephants ever return? Can the 'Unhappy People' ever be happy again, and will the boy king change his ways?
