‘Saving Energy’ follows the story of Eddie, a teenager who wastes energy and has no empathy with the creatures with whom he shares the planet.

That is until he is taken on a whirlwind trip by the spirits of Energy and Conservation. First he is taken to the past, to see what life used to be like. He is then taken to a bleak future, where the human race has wasted all the planet’s resources and slaughtered all of its animals. Eddie comes back with a different attitude and is able to change the world as a result.
