The Warm Heart of Africa ( an exchange between schools in Britain and Malawi)

A British school partners a school in Malawi, told through letters sent to and from Bitish and African children. The play captures the essential differences between lives in 21st century Britain and 21st century Malawi. The weather, food, education and games are all explored and whilst contrasts are highlighted some surprising similarities are discovered too! Plenty of action for every class member culminating in a celebratory African chant bringing everyone together at the end.
