We Are Not Amused
We Are Not Amused
The Victorians. This play gallops through many of the brilliant Victorian inventions and achievements including medicine, photography and motorised transport. It introduces us to some of the colourful characters such as Captain Webb, Charles Darwin and Stanley and Livingstone, as well as examining the lives of the poorer members of society, particularly the children. This is a lively and informative play with plenty of jokes, and is written so that everyone in the class gets an equal share of the action.
